Pathways Program!
Big news for all players aged 15 and above! The 2025 NBNA Pathways Program is here, offering exciting opportunities for everyone aged 15 and above! Whether you're just starting your netball journey or you're a seasoned player looking to take your game to the next level. This program will provide another playing avenue for players to explore new opportunities and challenge themselves in a different setting.
The program is open to ALL players 15 and up, giving you the flexibility to play netball in a way that suits you. Whether you're seeking more diverse teams, equal grading, or stronger competition, this pathway caters to everyone. You can compete in the Saturday league with our new Nelson Bay Netball Club at the Newcastle Netball Association, stick with our local Wednesday night games, or even do both!
We are also looking for coaches and umpires! Coaches will be fully supported by Ash Hall, Pathways Officer, and partially reimbursed for obtaining their foundational coaching qualifications. Umpires can develop their skills while officiating higher-level games at Newcastle Netball and earn some extra money.
